The Young Parliamentarians Forum (YPF) and the Chanan Development Association organised the festival in collaboration with the Punjab Youth Parliamentarians Caucus, the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Youth Affairs Departments, Oxfam Novib, the Youth Peer Education Network, the Youth Parliament and Youth Advocacy Network and the Youth Parliament and Justuju – My Rights My Voice programme. As many as 600 young delegates from 135 districts participated in the 6th National Youth Peace Festival. The festival had feature discussions on democracy, interfaith harmony, peace, the National Action Plan against terrorism, cultural performances and skill-building sessions. The participants had dialogues with parliamentarians, religious scholars and people from the media.
